RETURN POLICY
Returns must be new in factory packaging and never been installed, returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less Shipping. shipping is non-refundable. Buyer pays return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
If you order qualified for free shipping and you return an item and your order total drops and no longer qualifies for free shipping the shipping will be taken out of the return item cost. If the cost of the item is less then the shipping cost we will refuse the return until shipping cost is payed.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much faster. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

SHIPPING
Autococker Parts has a 72 hours processing time. So what this means is your order will usually ship within the 72 hour. in some cases it may take a bit longer.
At this time we do not offer any expedited processing. So if you choose priority mail that is shipping time not processing time.
We ship with USPS first class and USPS Priority mail.
Shipping time once your order gets to the post office is out of our hands. We supply you with a tracking number so you can follow your order to your door.
PLEASE allow your self plenty of time for your order to get to you if you have an event or a particular date you need your order by. We do not guarantee any shipping times.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please read all the above shipping information. It applies to international shipping as well.
We do not pay any duties or fees to ship to your country.
Know the shipping restrictions for your country. If what you are ordering is restricted in your county don't order it. You are responsible for your order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
